Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is automatically calculated based on your location and the weight of the package.

What are your shipping and processing times?

Orders are processed 5-7 business days after being placed. This excludes shipping.

Shipping timelines depend on the delivery address and the shipping method selected. Please see estimated shipping timeline for USPS First Class Mail:

  • Within California- 1 to 2 business days [additional days after the order is processed]
  • Outside of California- 3 to 5 business days [additional days after the order is processed]
  • Outside of the US- depending on the country

 Please note that we do not ship out on weekends.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, don't worry.

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors that we cannot control, such as weather conditions, currents events and holidays, might cause shipping delays. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
